Bruce Cullen

Bruce is a Director of Engineering at SquaredUp & a founding member of Cookdown. He is Product Manager for SquaredUp's Dashboard Server products, SquaredUp Cloud Datasources & Cookdown products as well as leading the engineering team building these things. He spent 10 years at Citrix, initially as a software tester but then he release managed XenApp and XenDesktop (aka CVAD) cloud and OnPrem, he also release managed the Citrix SCOM Management Packs through their journey from acquisition. Bruce started his career in IT support and is happy to be among IT Pros building awesome software.

Christian Heitkamp is director at NiCE IT Management Solutions, leading the product and global business development. Gerald Versluis

Monitoring Expert

Gerald started working with IT Monitoring solutions in 2001, initially with BMC products and moving to SCOM with the release of SCOM 2012. He has worked for consulting companies for about 15 years on a variety of projects, building expertise in pretty much all things SCOM and occasionally digressing into other technologies like SQL Server. He now spearheads a small team of monitoring specialists at Stater NV in Amersfoort, enjoying the variety involved in monitoring, as well as sharing his experiences – starting from a simple one-liner: Monitoring isn’t next-next-finish, it’s next-next-begin.

Jason Baudreau

Jason spent the first half of his career as a Systems Engineer at Raytheon, a large US defence contractor – developing, integrating, and testing network-centric systems for battlefield communications. He took his appreciation of network engineering to NetBrain, the creator of dynamic network mapping and automation software for enterprise IT, to develop the Marketing organization. Today, at SquaredUp, Jason is excited to engage with the Enterprise ITOps community and develop new solutions for data visualization and analysis.

Nathan is the Solutions Architect of Advanced Products at Cookdown, with over ten years of experience in enterprise IT and Infrastructure monitoring and management. He designs and develops both on-prem SCOM management packs as well as cloud solutions, with a focus on bring disconnected platforms closer together. Nathan enjoys speaking in the community, you may have seen him at the Midwest Management Summit, ServiceNow’s Knowledge conference or local user groups.
