Markus Köstner is the lead developer of Axanto, a product suite that extends the Microsoft System Center products to include service management, patch management and monitoring. As a developer and consultant, he has been working with Microsoft System Center for many years. Through many customer projects and customer requirements, the experienced developer was able to evaluate the basic requirements for modern service management and incorporate them into a software solution.
