Bruce Cullen opened the event with a recap of how SCOMathon even came to be. You may remember May of 2020, the rapid cancelling of events, and the gaping events hole left behind. That’s when SCOMathon was born! Plus, he shared his personal highlights for what to look forward to this SCOMathon 2023.

Bruce Cullen

Director of Engineering @ SquaredUp, Founding Member @ Cookdown

Bruce is a Director of Engineering at SquaredUp & a founding member of Cookdown. He is Product Manager for SquaredUp's Dashboard Server products, SquaredUp Cloud Datasources & Cookdown products as well as leading the engineering team building these things. He spent 10 years at Citrix, initially as a software tester but then he release managed XenApp and XenDesktop (aka CVAD) cloud and OnPrem, he also release managed the Citrix SCOM Management Packs through their journey from acquisition. Bruce started his career in IT support and is happy to be among IT Pros building awesome software.
